"This Aero cab customer service is one of the worst customer service i have ever experienced in booking a cab . the booking person whom i spoken on 13/04/2022 to book a cab was very rude and rushing in the phone and not polite and harsh to the me . i was very surprised that this cab service is not doing any free service and doing it with the payment and very rude and harsh to the customers.i used this cab service before and it was fine but the booking person was very terrible saying that he was very busy and justifying that he will speak like rude in the phone."
"Absolutely horrible service. Spoke to somone on the phone around 8.30pm on 29/03/22. He was extremely rude and hung up whilst i was still talking. I wanted to pay with a card but he said i could only pay via bank transfer (even though the website states they accept card payments). When i queried if this was a business account he got extremely defensive saying 'we don't do dodgy business' and was very rude and then hung up."
