"Was recommended here. Got my tattoo, asked to come back in two weeks to see how it had healed and if anything was needing to be added. Went in as I feel it's not dark enough. Name and number taken.....no call back. Tried to phone, no answer.......so looks like now its done that's it. Don't know if I'd go back."
"My brother booked his tattoo 3 and a half weeks in advance, I had reached out to midtown on several occasions for updates on the design, just a little under 3 hours before the appointment my brother received a text from Ben stating that he had been busy with his girls the night before and had to leave early in the afternoon to travel to fife, not only do I feel this is unprofessional as they took a deposit but Ben also hadn't put together a design and made clear in a text to my brother that it wasn't something he could just through together in 20 minutes, my brother not only paid a deposit to book a specific slot but had taken up holiday hours from work, commited to driving over 70 miles and spend time away from his wife and children to be in Falkirk to ultimately be left disappointed about leaving without his first tattoo because a 'professional' didn't take the time and care to get it right or give any notice whatsoever to avoid my brother wasting his time, his holidays and with the prices of fuel these days his money needless to say I hope he gets his deposit back."
