"My telephone booking was confirmed by WhatsApp with driver details included, giving reassurance for a lone female passenger. The weather was appalling, but my driver drove very carefully and slowed down to a safe speed when double speed wipers were insufficient to clear the heavy rain. There were numerous flooded roads which were negotiated safely, and I reached Gatwick in a timely and safe manner. I would definitely use Link Airport Cars, Sutton if needed in the future!"

Confirmation and car/driver details all sent via WhatsApp. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp and speedy responses. Swift pick up and drop off at the airport. Sadly our flight was cancelled however Link were able to provide us with an invoice in less than 24 hours to provide for our refund/compensation claim.
