"Pre-booked taxi turned up over half an hour late, meaning I missed an expensive appointment. Despite my repeated attempts at trying to cancel over the phone, I was bluntly shut down with "the driver is 2 minutes away, just wait". Upon them finally agreeing to cancel, they lied to me and said they'd contacted the driver. The driver turned up anyway and claimed they had not been contacted by head office. I imagine this was so that they could refuse a refund as the driver had technically turned up, despite being horrendously late. Avoid like the plague."
