"Ordered a taxi on 8th September 2022 for round trip from Stanmore to Chenies Manor in Rickmansworth. Paid total in advance. Drop was fine and then I had to cancel the return. A refund of £30 was agreed but never received. I have telephoned many times to be told the refund will be issued but nothing to date 21st October. Cannot be trusted."
