"A lovely day was ruined by this awful cab company. They turned up 20 mins late to collect us, with no phone call, no messages to let us know when they were coming and no apology. On the way back, we had to call them multiple times to find out what was going on. 35 mins late, we were told by our cab driver to walk in the pitch black, through richmond park, over cattle grates in high heels to find him. Non of the other guests cabs had troubles finding them. When we did finally find him, he couldn't figure out how to get out of the park, and if we hadn't have mentioned where we were staying, we would have ended up at the wrong hotel as he didn't have the correct details. We only just made it out of Richmond park before the gates were locked. Wouldn't ever use this company again."
