"Do not bother with this service. They aren't organized and would eventually charge you for their lapses. The driver couldn’t locate the address and wouldn’t call. I was kept standing for over 30mins, get this, I am pregnant. The operators had different narratives for what was going on, from the driver went to get fuel to he is 1min away from me. I was going to use same service for my airport trip the next day but certainly not taking that chance. Now on the trip, the driver takes the longest route and delays me further for 30mins. All together was delayed for 1:30 hrs. Not worth money paid for the service. And I’ll be disputing the charge due to the massive inconvenience."
"I was in Wembley on the way to a hospital appointment at Northwick Park. I needed a taxi, but don't live in the area, so rang this company. Their service was very good, rates were reasonable and the staff and drivers very nice, and I felt very safe. I also got a taxi from them from the hospital back to Wembley Stadium station. I will certainly use them again."
"Very easy to book a taxi. Polite service on phone as well as driver was polite and drove very safely, even on largely empty roafs in London at 4.45am. Was punctual in coming on time very early morning. They reqiested me to change my schedule a bit so they could pick up another customer after dropping me off but that was ok with me.
