"Ann’s Taxis have been great for years but just had a very aggressive experience with the taxi handler. Called to query why they were charging an extra £20 pound for an airport pick up for a friend (I recommended Ann’s because they’re awesome!) and received a tirade of angry abuse for my query. Bizarrely the owner called me back immediately after my first call to get even angrier to rant about new government charges. Super weird and a little bit alarming for a previously reliable taxi company."
"I’m a local and desperately needed a cab. Firstly was told the driver was on the way 10-15 mins and he arrived 30+ mins later. After the price Discussed on the phone later the driver asked for more which wasn’t even worth it. Only reason I got it was because Uber did not have any cabs and u er would’ve charged half price. Never again they take advantage as I called twice."

"Fantastic service from their driver Barney. Kindly came and picked us up from arrivals and walked us to the car. Loaded all of our luggage. Was extremely caring and insisted that we got our baby out of the cold and into the car whilst he sorted out our bags. Driving was extremely careful and smooth. Lovely conversation the whole way through. Well done Ann’s cars! So so so much cheaper and better value than any Uber service! Thanks once again. Will be using again next time."
