"Terrible service and worst customer service . Called them at 5pm . Pre booked a pick up at 6pm. Called them at 6:05 . They booked the cab then. The cab came at 6:30!!!!!!!! I called them every 5m and every time they were telling me the cab was coming in 2… I had to wait 30m!!!!!! When I called the head office, they said they should have told me that it was a busy time . I asked to talk to the manager . They had no idea where he was and there was no email to get in contact with him !!!!!! Worst company ever"
