"Worst cars. Never take this taxi if you want to be ontime for a meeting. I called and booked the previous evening. He took all the details and confirmed the booking. The taxi didnt turn up and when i called up, i was told there was no booking on the system. Frustrating experience."

"45 minutes waiting for a taxi that was supposed to be 5 minutes. They kept changing the price. Taxi has still not arrived! Would never use this service ever again. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid."

"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Our driver turned up 40 minutes late, and when we rang the company, they told us we’d given an incorrect postcode (we’d never given a postcode, just the name of the venue). When the driver finally turned up, he was so rude to us (even though we’d done nothing!), refused to take us unless we paid him double what the company had quoted us. The drivers have no loyalty to the company – it seems like they operate independently and don’t care what you’ve been quoted on the phone. We had no other way to get home, so we had to go with him. When my husband tried to talk to him about what had happened, he point blank refused to talk so we drove all the way home in silence. Absolute disgrace of a man, and disgrace of a company – who have refused to give any sort of apology."

"Booked a taxi 24 hours in advance and agreed a price of £35. However, the driver got lost, turned up late and was clearly stressed out when he arrived. He insisted we pay £60 and we had no choice as it was too late to book another firm. Driver had a disgusting attitude and manner and refuseto talk to us. Do not book with this company, they rip you off. Cheers"

"Booked a car on 14th December to come back from london and it never turned up! We waited in the cold for half an hour and then got a train home. It was not the relaxing end to an evening we were expecting. We were in contact with the office based guy and he told us that the driver had switched off his phone so there was nothing he could do. Dont use them."
