"I certainly do not recommend this mini cab company. I booked them for yesterday evening for a 10.30pm pickup and had confirmation by text of date, time and venue. My husband and I waited patiently ten minutes past the confirmed time but to no avail. I rang them up to find out why our cab had not arrived and was told it would be here shortly. That never happened. I then rang again and spoke to a different operative who said they had no record of the booking and that all their drivers were busy with airport runs. I told the company what I thought of them and then proceeded to find an alternative cab company which I successfully did. My point here is that my husband and I are seventy years of age and we were waiting in a remote village feeling totally cut off and let down by a so called reputable cab company."
