"We ordered a taxi for 3.30am to the airport. By 3.45 no taxi had arrived and no phone call. So we ordered an Uber. AV cars then phoned, asking where we were. The guy on the phone was then very rude when we told him they were late and didn’t contact us so we had had to call an Uber. Also they quoted £15 more than the Uber cost. I would not recommend."
