They don't give me any information, they just transfer me to the 'head office'. It goes to voicemail. This happens twice more. I tell them, please dont transfer me. I just want to know where my taxi is. The guy says I'm just the call centre but I can see your taxi has been cancelled. No explanation, no apology, no help. And I missed my train as a result.
