"I booked a pickup from Heathrow with this company based on all the good reviews. We previously had some bad experiences elsewhere with the driver being late and with 3 small children we really waited to avoid waiting and disappointment. Well, this was another bad experience. They ask for your flight details, but they do not monitor the flight and do not adjust pick up time accordingly. I let them know that we arrived 20 minutes early, but was told they would meet us at the original booking time. That is fine. However, 20 minutes later I received a message saying the driver will be 45 minutes late due to problems with the car. This is a very standard excuse, heard it several times before.... Another taxi company we will not be using again. Booked a Bolt and was on our way 15mins later. We were promised a refund, so let's see if that comes through or more hassle awaits."
