"Ordered flowers for my mums 60th birthday. Asked for lillies and some thistle. What arrived was a large bouquet of carnations and what looked like large daisies. I called Janets to express my dissatisfaction and I was rudely informed that all Lille’s were used up for Valentine’s Day. When I said she should have told me she couldn’t provide lillies she didn’t seem to care or acknowledge that she hadn’t supplied me as a paying customer, what I had requested. I politely informed her I felt the bouquet looked rather cheap compared to what we spent. Customer service was pretty poor in that her tone was of someone that was annoid at having received a complaint. No offer to partially refund me or to send more flowers. Will apparently give my mum some lillies when she sees her in passing. Not ideal"
