"An absolute joke. Went in this morning to Blantyre branch to close my account. I was told I couldn't withdraw more than £1000 at a time, dispite them admitting they had the funds. Told me u couldn't withdraw more of the account for 96 hours. An disgusting service, if I'd been basically wanting money out I'd see the point, but want to close the account. I now have to make two trips to both credit union and the bank. If your thinking on opening an account, don't bother, their service is an absolute disgrace."
