(This person should be fully retrained on the use of PC). Called them several times especially during emergencies but they're always busy. Called them a few times to ask questions but they were quite rude and told me to call later which I did for almost 7 times and they still tell me the same message. And when you finally ask a question, they sigh and respond to you rudely where they expect you to know the answers to your law related questions that average people won't know the answer to. On the other hand, they are methodical and a bit organised. Also, some do know what they're doing but I personally don't think it's to the full extent. But that doesn't change the fact that their system is too old fashioned hence increased inefficiency in the workstyle. I will never sign up with them again."
