"Worst customer service I've ever received from a barbershop. I'd been in a few times and had decent cuts but about a month ago I received a cut from Chantelle where she took no care with the electric shaver and very forcefully pressed it into the back of my neck running it up and down. This was painful at the time and the aftermath was terrible, giving me a rash on my neck with cuts and ingrowns. Everytime I showered afterwards there was painful stinging. I have never had this happen to me before after any haircut. I decided to be fair about it and popped in 2 weeks later when I had time off work to talk to her and show her photos. I asked for my next haircut free as at this point I was already a regular customer and was polite about it. She agreed, but the terrible customer service came through when I called in today to book this. A man on the phone was aggressive and when I explained the situation cut me off instantly by yelling and saying "NO I KNOW WHAT THIS IS ABOUT, YOU CAN'T JUST COME IN AND DEMAND A FREE HAIRCUT, THAT'S NOT HOW THIS WORKS MATE". This was shocking to me as this had already been agreed with the barber that I had a service from and this man, who I don't even think is the shop manager (he also refused to give me his name) decided to override her decision aggressively. The phone call carried on in unpleasant terms and I didn't feel I was able to get my point across as all his responses were egotistical and trying to shut me down. I have never had someone react so rudely to me over the phone before. At the end of the day as a paying return customer the business has a lot to lose by not respecting their customers coming forward with issues in the service they received. I don't recommend EVER going here as the man's justification was that they don't make mistakes there and Chantelle has never made a mistake or had a complaint. At the end of the day everyone can make mistakes and it takes a really unpleasant egotistical person to deny to deny that I was deserving of my next haircut free despite my photo evidence, the pain I got after my haircut and agreeing it with the barber. The photo was taken shortly after but it developed and got even worse. I don't understand why he was taking such reason to get offended on someone else's behalf when Chantelle clearly did not have a problem agreeing to my request. Absolutely ridiculous and avoid getting a haircut from these guys as they cannot seem to take any accountability or provide even basic customer service."

However the last two times I had to wait 2 hours yes two hours on one occasion and the other time I walked in at 4.10pm on a Saturday to be told that we are closed now mate even though they advertise 5pm and google says 6pm ? Haircut used to be 12 pound and I always gave 15 - not the best anymore."
