"Useless bunch!! Mr. Panesar didn't give us any of his time and was always unprepared before meetings!! If he was unable to attend, he would assign the case to Iain Lancaster a day before court meetings and would require time to prepare themselves on the client! Mr. Panesar was always rude and arrogant! He was always unreliable and always canceled on us at the last minute! Him and his team never return our calls and I have even had Mr Panesar cut me mid-sentence on the phone and end the call many times so that he could answer his other phone!! He didn't give us the time and effort we deserved!! He then blocked our number the day after sentencing and asked that we do not call his office anymore ALL because we were phoning to find out the outcome of the case at hand!! The building is a major dump that reeks of damp and mould with stacks and stacks of unorganised papers EVERYWHERE with no room for people to move around and sit!! PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SHODDY PRACTICE!!!"
