"First time I used this salon today, Firstly I must say everyone at this salon are so friendly. I had my hair done by charmaine my hair is very thick and long and affro, I've previously had hairdressers look at my hair and refuse to do it because of the amount of hair I have but charmaine took her time and gave me an amazing conditioning treatment, trim followed by a blow dry, straighten and styled will definitely be going here again! "After I read all those great reviews ,I decided to give it a go and I got an appointment, in 6 weeks . I knew it's busy time so I accepted it. On the day of big event, 3 hours before my appointment I got a message from Charmaine letting me know she have to cancel my appointment and she invited me to reschedule for next day or in 2 weeks time . I picked up the next day of course after such a long wait. Surprise, the next day, on the same time, 3 hours before my rescheduled appointment another message from Charmaine to cancel again my appointment for next week. I don't know how many of you will be happy in this situation, so I phoned the hairdresser, instead to get some apologies and find a solution for this situation , Charmaine was very unpolite, I didn't have a chance to say few words ,she was even more rude hang up the phone . Usually in this situation you have a replace or an offer ,from respectable hairdresser ,all I got was 2 months waiting for nothing. Very dissapointed about ,messed up my work as I booked my work by hairdresser 's appointment , feel very bad the way she treated me, totally unprofessional"
