"Gave in an expensive coat and they decided to iron it after dry cleaning completely ruined the coat. Went back and they refused to claim responsibility for damaging my coat they rather lied and was completely unprofessional. Gave me a refund for the dry cleaning and now I’m stuck with a damaged coat! Said I should go back so a “fabric specialist” can have a look. Such a load of b*ullshit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want your coats damaged as well."
