"Please avoid. The company has a racist solictor by the name of Matthew Barrett. He chose to not pursue my case and was dragging my case for too long. When I finally managed to speak to him he became rude. The tone of his voice was harsh. He is not the person any individual should be dealing with. When he realised his errors and the conversation became heated he wrote an email blaming the client. He thinks too highly of himself. Client needs are secondary to him."
