I have to say what a gorgeous friendly hairdresser she was. She made me feel so comfortable nothing was too much trouble, and I'm so very very happy with my colour and cut. I always have a fab experience in the salon, I cannot fault it one bit. Lovely place lovely staff which makes all the difference, a real pamper time. X"

"I have used Tonic on many occasions over many years and on numerous occasions since reopening after Covid restrictions have been in place. I have always found the salon exceptionally clean even before additional measures have been in place and the staff to be welcoming and professional. Since Tonic were allowed to reopen In the summer following the lockdown I can say without doubt that I have felt completely safe in the salon at all times whilst visiting for appointments for both hair and beauty appointments."

"I was pregnant with very fragile split ends, I panicked and booked an appointment with Tonic (I had never been before). I asked for a blunt cut and to take off about an inch (this would have brought my hair to just sitting on my shoulders). Safe to say I walked out and my hair was just below my jawline, and it was longer at the back. After having a meltdown at home I contacted tonic about how awful my hair was. They booked me in for a free corrective cut, which I was grateful for. However I wasn’t given a senior stylist which annoyed me, then because my hair was so short at the front, I asked to keep the length at the front as much as possible. Well this resulted in my hair turning into a very short choppy layered bob. My long, layerless hair had been transformed in to something the complete opposite and has taken almost 2 years to get back to the original length. I have never experienced anything like this in all my years going to lovely salons. If I could rate this place a no star review, I would. Don’t be fooled by the nice appearance of the salon, the nice products they use etc.. go somewhere that someone has personally recommended. Or you may lose all your hair!!!!"
