"So disappointing. I explained clearly what I was looking for and I was promised to do as per our conversation face to face. I left the place with a good first impression. Unfortunately they did differently of what was agreed. I still paid them. If the job was done? Nope. Explanation or refund done? Nope. We paid so much only to have emails send by them (what I had already done by myself as they were aware since the beginning. If I agreed with this is because they told me they had to. It is how the things are done. Not so sure anymore about it. But definitely we did not got what we paid for. ) and to be even worse the lady Rowshon who was dealing with us just ignored my email and when I decided to call she asked if she could call me back later, but she never did. I was not even once unpolite or demanding. Actually I was very patient. Hence, I am writing so YOU dear reader, can be aware before you waste your money. I hope dear Rowshon you really needed that money. Because we needed. Anyways, we will survive. No big deal. Even though you knew my mom was without a job. This is what makes everything even worse.
