"It was not a pleasant experience to deal with Taylor Rose MW. They were lovely at first, taking the time to explain the process, reassuring me that they could everything quick and that it would be a smooth process and then I paid the deposit... and it was a completely different story! They took a week to even contact the relevant parties and start the process (when they had been adamant things will be done asap) - they told me they had 'IT issues' so could not start, then one of the freeholders was on holiday (she had come back 2 weeks prior!) etc etc. My agent had to chase them SO MUCH and when they were sending the documents needed, they were full of errors and the other solicitors involved had to correct mistakes. I know from other parties involved that they feel the same - it was a painful process and the communication was inexistant or rude and inconsiderate. I do not recommend."
"I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Williams for a recent property purchase. He was a safe pair of hands and we always felt that he was working in our best interest at all times and most importantly at a decent pace unlike many other property solicitors I have dealt with over the years. 100% recommend!"
"Our solicitor Jeny was great and dealt efficiently and patiently with the multitude of queries raised by the buyer's solicitor. I would definitely seek her help again. We would have given 5 stars but had one quibble which is that we completed on Friday but the money didn't arrive in our account to mid Monday morning, which was odd for a CHAPS payment or equivalent. Had we needed the money for an onward purchase we'd have had a problem."
"Nirali and Jesh are amazing women. They have helped us with all our requests and been very communicative. The made all the buying process way smoother and easier then expected. My partner and I are very grateful to have had their help."
"If you're thinking of using Taylor Rose to purchase a property, please run the opposite direction. What an absolute nightmare it was. The Agent selling the property had recommended them, initially I was bit apprehensive to instruct because of reviews I had read saying communication was a problem, but I decided to give them benefit of the doubt. As soon as I paid the deposit, communication dropped. My case worker Amber, took a whole week before starting the process, and this with the knowledge that I had a tight deadline to complete. Her phone would never be answered and would go directly to voicemail and she would take days to answer emails. A few days before deadline date she went on annual leave without notifying me and without assigning another colleague to finish the process. I was simply left with an automated email response from her. I used the email contact mentioned in her automated response, but I received no response from them either. I called her supervisor, no response. It was an absolute panic, I didn't know what to do. She returned on the day of my deadline and even then I had to chase via email (as phone went directly to vm) so she could look at my file. It was a heartache process, which didn't need to be as it was such a straightforward cash purchase. I feel scammed and disappointed. I will never use them for any future services, nor will I ever recommend them, in fact I will share my experience in every outlet, hopefully to save others from such stress."
