They coax you in, saying you get a free document - get you to fill in all the details - and then ask for your payment details "to check you're not a robot" - before releasing the online document to you. Then once they've got your payment details, if you forget to cancel, they will start charging you a monthly fee. I then found the form I wanted on the Gov Housing Help website - downloaded without any fuss or expense. I've asked for my details to be deleted from their system (which apparently takes them a month to do so, once you've confirmed you don't wish to have an account - why????)"
