"Not bad swimming pool but really only suited to very young children. Needs to be either 'proper' swimming pool with lanes or enjoyable leisure pool with flumes and decent slides. This is an unsatisfactory hybrid and relatively expensive."
"Great pool and softplay! My son loved the pool with small slides he could go on and activities around the pool to fiddle about with! Plenty of staff around who are friendly and helpful and doing a great job! Reception staff were friendly and welcoming too and the frames in softplay area seemed really clean. Only negative about the whole experience was the family changing facilities or lack of! There were a lot of families there with small children and not enough room to accommodate, apart from that we had a fab time and will defo be back in the future!"
"I understand it was busy as it was the 3rd Jan 2023. However the cafe section was a disgrace there was no excuse that someone couldn't give it even a quick tidy. I had to get a brush n shovel to clear round our table & wipe it down. Not a gd advert for infections etc."
"Nice place, tables area is small but the play zone is a good size, well worth a £5. Has a nice coffee bar"
"Have used for both swim and soft play. Swimming is fun for the kids as plenty to play on and wave machine is a highlight. Last time we were there the water didn't feel particularly clean however that could have been down to a nation wide shortage of the chemicals used to keep the pools clean. The soft play is bigger than it first appears which is great and there's plenty to play on. They have a system for food ordering which simply doesn't work as it requires staff to actively look around the tables for menus turned face up. They weren't and I assume that is down to having experienced plenty of customers then not turning their menu face side down after ordering meaning the staff get frustrated because the customer doesn't understand the system. When we finally got the food it was OK. Not much to shout about. Could do with vegan/dairy free options for those with allergies and intolerance issues."
