"STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I paid them over £32k to extend my lease. After months of trial and error, David Major and his incompetent team missed the deadline and the freeholders closed my application. David Major refused to answer my calls/emails. Then after 2 years he told me in an email that he's unable to extend my lease and returned only £25K of money! AVOID THIS FIRM. Their incapability cost my well over £11k (as I had pay £4K more for my lease extension this year) plus 3 years of pain with no gain."
