"I was attracted to this firm after reading the review. After a few weeks of chain requests for information, we provided all the requested info with sheer patience. They don’t ask questions in one go but they work in a drip feeding mode. Instead of conveyancing work for the property in question, the conveyancer, Sarah, just kept coming back to us asking for a series of bank statements, previous house purchase contracts and bank transactions that happened decades ago. Guess what, after a few weeks, she wrote an email saying that despite all the documents provided, they now realise they don’t actually have the necessary expertise in carrying out conveyancing for our case. I don’t doubt the authenticity of all the 5-star reviews, but in our case, this is a total disappointment and wasted a good few weeks of time and resources."
