"Unfortunately the disrespect from Jay and Tharan forced me to leave this feed back about their service. I'm a Landlord that fell with a problem with my tenant, and though I could get an advice from professionals. Sad to say,, unprofessional and not even correct advice on what needed to be done. You need to figure out what you need to do by yourself, all what they care about is money and it doesn't matter how much money even hundreds but they're willing to ruin their relationship with their clients for the sake of money. Have been emailing for months now with not even 1 reply, obviously adding to that the Unprofessional advice throughout.
