"My 10 year old decided she wanted her ears done finally so we got booked up and went today. The experience couldn't have been better. They spoke to both of us but more importantly to my daughter too. Told her she was in control the whole time. My daughter picked her jewellery, the piercer got set up and on she went. Parents don't go in with them and if I'm honest I think my daughter has a better experience because of it. She said it didn't hurt as much as she thought it would and she's so very pleased with her brand new earrings. They look awesome too, far more choice these days then the plain gold balls when I was a kid ha! The shop is lovely, staff are so friendly and welcoming and it's clean and relaxing. Don't think I'd go anywhere else for piercings!!"
