"Nobody was able to numb me since I was a kid, because the nerves are displaced in my jaw so it's been an absolute agony to go to the dentist all the time because I felt everything even after 3-4 injections. Stephen is the Absolute Best dentist I have ever had the pleasure to go to, he was able to extract a tooth that other dentists said would need a surgery or to quote them "f.ck up my jaw to be able to extract it", but he did it in a matter of minutes, and he was able to numb me from the start. Even if I moved to another city, I would come back just for him. Btw everyone is nice there, so take their advice and explain what is wrong if something hurts, they will definitely help you out :)"

"Seem to have some bad luck here of late. Last month, an hour before my appointment I receive a voice message that my appointment was cancelled. Today, two hours before my appointment I see my phone ringing and yes I answered to be told my appointment has been cancelled."

"It's a shame because Ive been going to this surgery since I was a child. I don't know what happened but last time I was there I got seen by a new dentist. He was very patronising and sort of harsh to me. After that I payd £60 for my next two appointment, well I never got to attend these appointments because they cancelled on me 4 times! Having to book these days off work and then having them cancelling them on me eventho I warned them that they can't be doing that. Everytime the reason was that the dentist wasn't there. How many times is this person off! Never again. I'm not dealing with them again. Go somewhere else, not there."

"Horrible dentist experience delivered by Justin Chin. It doesn't even deserve a star but cannot post it leaving it blank... Don't let Justin Chin touch your teeth! I had to have a crown fitted. It requires two appointments. During the first one, the tooth was left naked and exposed for more than two weeks until the fitting appointment. Those were really uncomfortable days! But the worse was to come... Justin Chin just dried my tooth before fitting the crown, he didn't prepare the tooth to be sure that it was in optimum condition before getting the crown fitted. He didn't use any isolation between the crown and the cement and the adjustments were done in the rudest way. I now see an other dentist who is badly surprised about the poor job Justin Chin did."

"Sadly had poor service I was charged £92 for less than a 20min consultation after asking for a full check up as been a while since moving to the area for a quality check up but was told if I wanted an X-ray it would be £12 per X-ray so only asked for the one as didn't want to pay anymore for a full X-ray of all my teeth. I was more confused because my mother of 74 was charged £72 for the same poor service the day previous. Definitely will not be going back again and if anyone would want to go private there definitely check on price's for initial consultation before you book..."
