"Horrible. 35 minute wait for food to arrive. When it did the chips were dry and only just warm. The fish was mostly batter which was very hard on the top and soggy on the bottom. Not the worst I have ever had, but pretty close. Waiter wasn't interested and unhelpful, really poor service alround. Even if it is raining it is worth going anywhere else."
"Very pleasant and helpful staff and food was good. More staff would be helpful to speed up service as normally people are watching their time for getting to concert venues, this would probably stop diners being extremely rude to hard working staff who are doing their best during this difficult time, I experienced this happening and was disgusted how staff were reduced to tears"
