"We have had both private and NHS experience here and the difference is shocking. — Wrong appointment times made and therefore missed appointments through no fault of our own —One of the main issues here is that one orthodontist does not take lead of a patient, they are thrown between different orthodontists who have different opinions and do not communicate between themselves to determine the best route to fix issues -Massive lack of empathy from majority of staff there (Toni & Katherine are exempt from that), having braces on for over 30 months is not fun and a bit of understanding would be nice Personally we would never recommend this orthodontist, and regret ever starting the process of braces with them."
