"Had some jewellery valued for sale and agreed a price. Was told I would get a call next day to confirm and then receive funds. 1 month later no response despite me trying unsuccessfully to call. When finally got through on the phone was told I would get a call the next day to sort it out. No call next day. Called back the day after that to be told they had forgotten all about it. Eventually was told if I provided bank details they would pay the funds into my account next working day. Did this but no funds sent. Emailed three times to ask for a response. No response. Who knows when I will eventually get the payment. I can't think of much worse customer service. Update: eventually received payment 10 days after bank details provided. I understand things can be a bit slower due to Covid but I think 6 weeks is beyond slow. Hope no one else has the same problem."

"No stars, but cannot post without one. Sorry Not a happy customer. Asked them to replace a turquoise stone in a ring. Obviously not the more expensive ring they must be accustomed to, but still of value to me. Was advised they would call a week later with a quote. 2 weeks later, I called, to be told, hmm. they will call back, an hour later quote £60. (the stone was not worth that), BUT, went ahead.. The job would take 2 weeks. Tiny stone in a ring!! anyway 3 weeks later, no message, so visited the shop. VERY off handed assistant, promised she would call me after calling workshop, advising me that if stone had been cut, it could not be cancelled. She never called. Nor did she call next day. So After putting a ring, my daughter saved up to buy, to match earings I had, I cancelled the job. I spoke to a man who had no problem in cancelling. He promised the ring would be back next day, But I left it till the Friday to collect. So on collection, a NEW assistant, who knew nothing, who was only 2 weeks in the job is in charge, 'alone' in the shop, (ha ha)! Anyway she came up with some ridiculous 'I do not know what the quote is" "I am new here" My advice is get another job quick! Such a shame, I may not have been handing in the megga diamond ring, but I was still a customer, willing to pay, but treated like 'the offal in a butcher shop'"

"I am very angry and upset with this company. I regret buying anything from them, I wish we would not have to deal with them anymore. Ridiculous customer service. Manager that never calls you back, even if you call the store every single day. We bought engagement ring from them in January, we got engaged in July and after a week of wearing ring one of the diamond fell out. We still had receipt, we went back. They said it is not a problem, it will be fixed. We called them after 4 weeks to find out what is happening with the ring. They told us to call next week. Ok, fair enough. Busy time, although for this company is all the time busy time. We called next week. Apparently they tried to contact us but they had a wrong number. They told us that I dropped ring or caught it on something and we need to pay to repair it. Which I found ridiculous as nothing like this happened. I was taking it off at work and for any major house works. And if I would drop it I am pretty sure I would notice diamond falling out, not while taking it off for the bath. We are calling store every single day for past 5 days and it’s always the same: “Manager will call you back”. Guess what? Nobody ever calls me back. All the time i need to chase manager which I don’t think even exists."

"We bought my better half's engagement ring here. Service and experience was fantastic, no hard sale like the other 20 odd shops we tried. Great knowledge from Emma in the store who explained everything very well. Also had a long chat with the owner who was a lovely fella. They even loaned my fiancée the display model ring until her's was made which only took 4 working days (although normally it would take a couple of weeks at least). Would highly recommend."
