"I've been with this practice for years, but since it's become Bupa it's absolutely awful. I've had to make a complaint about one of the dentists, as he was very unprofessional. Recebtky i suffered severe tooth pain, i was told i had to wait nearly 3 months. I finally got squeezed in between 2 patients for literally a 3 min appointment where I got a temp filling. I'm still in absolute agony. They didn't check for infection, or anything. No xray. And have to wait 2.5 months for my next appointment. They're only concerned about private patients. Absolutely disgusting."
"The worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. I rang to discuss my appointment which I booked online to see if if I could get an earlier appointment due to tooth ache. I was advised I should of been struck off as it had been over a year since my last check up however with Covid and my appointments which they kept cancelling I was unable to come in for an appointment with no fault of my own, it was there own fault. Anyway they said they could not provide an earlier appointment so I said ok leave the appointment I have booked. immediately after the email I get a text saying the appointment is cancelled and I am being struck of the register as an NHS patient. I called and was advised I could keep my appoint if I was to go private but they could not treat me under NHS. Absolutely disgusting really and just seems they want to focus on private patients, although NHS patients still pay. Just an absolute disgrace considering I have been a patient with them for 34 years and to then be struck off without no previous communication."
"I have had a few appointments this year and the whole team have been outstanding. The reception department are exceptionally friendly and efficient, and my dentist and dental nurse have been brilliant all the way up to my tooth extraction today. I was quite nervous but my dentist Melissa Ayres was very professional and got me through it the best she could. All round a brilliant team, highly recommend."
