"Ross kept our old boiler ticking along for 2 winters (He came out at 7pm on one occasion to breathe life into our old boiler) before it finally packed in last winter. We phoned him and he came out the next day as an emergency as we had a new born & installed an amazing new Baxi boiler that also has the nest function that we can control via an app on our phone. We are looking to move in the near future and will be asking Ross to inspect and if necessary Service/repair/replace the boiler in our new home. Trustworthy, honest, professional and always on time."

"Ashley and Ross: Thank-you very much for servicing the boiler in my new flat. You did the job when you said you would and even dropped my keys off afterwards. You were honest with me in that I need a new part, however, the current part will last a few months longer as long as I don’t ‘bump’ the boiler. This gives me time to buy other essential items for the property and will get the part changed in the summer with yourselves. Happy to recommend!!"
