"These guys came out under contract ( Dean) from Autaid . I left my keys in the ignition of an Audi A2 and it locked itself . Dean made contact straight away after accepting the job , was at my house in 30 mins, he communicated very well and had the job done in ten minutes with no damage to the car . "Un professional over the phone. Called for recovery damaged car even more whilst recovering lost my only keys to the car never said sorry never got them never got any compensation. paid £460. £100 of that was to get it delivered to my house which was like 3 miles lost my car keys the only one I had. called them 3-4 times and all she said was oh I didn't loose them Il call the driver and ask him and call you back all 3-4 times same thing we call you back never called me back I'm down £460 and key's and even more damaged car."
