"Excellent service!! I took my MINI for an MOT at MINI. They told me I needed a brand new tyre due to a nail. They also told me I “desperately” needed a wheel alignment service. Kwik Fit Bath Road Bristol fit me in with just 10 mins notice. The nail never affected the air pressure. It didn’t puncture the tyre. No fix needed and definitely no new tyre needed! They also performed a wheel alignment test, it came back perfect. I didn’t have to pay a penny. Mini quoted me £240 for work that wasn’t needed!! Staff here are amazing. They gave me constant updates whilst I was waiting. Very friendly too. I felt guilty leaving without having to pay anything! Service is second to none. The staff are assets to this company! I’d definitely recommend. They’re knowledgable, they know what they’re taking about, very friendly and jokey too."
