"Absolute rip off, I was charged an extra £30 for not correctly wrapping the wheels but they were wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. I appealed the issue with Paisley but they were not interested. It's basically the scam of giving you a cheap price and then charging you double for a bogus reason which you can do nothing about because they already have your item. I'll definitely go elsewhere in future. Very very poor customer service. I have attached photos of pre and post delivery."

"First time I've used this company and despite other reviews reporting bad experiences, as you will have when dealing with most courier services from time to time, my experience was fine. The bike I'd bought had been picked up within 24 hours after the order was placed and delivered the day after that, over 200 miles away and the couriers were helpful upon arrival. I'd paid for additional insurance to cover the bike but in this instance I probably needn't have (but better safe than sorry!) and the seller had carefully and robustly packaged the bike which helped and the cost came in much below having to pick up the bike myself so good result and I'd certainly use Paisleys services again"

"Used these guys a few times now and the service has been flawless. Regular updates on when item it picked up and scheduled delivery. Friendly APC driver delivers in perfect condition. Good price too. Would recommend"

"I've sent multiple bikes via Paisley Freight without issue but this last time has been a disaster. The bike arrived scratched but luckily I'd paid for additional cover with the total price paid £100. I tried to claim on the insurance but was told that it was a packing issue, despite following their advice, using their box and providing imagery taken before the collection proving that the item was packaged properly. The only slight up side was that I was able to recover the £100 fee by raising a case through PayPal which they couldn't be bothered to reply to. Sadly I won't be using them again."

"The worst company to deal with- alloys booked for collection on Wednesday, no one turned up the whole day, no one turned up the next day. Eventually collected Friday after endless emails. 0 communication from the team. You have to email them as their Phone number does not work. They even went as far as saying no one was home for collection even though I had ring camera proof that no one turned up. Eventually delivered 7 days after supposed collection time. Website says next day delivery! What a joke of a company, please read the negative reviews, don’t be fooled"
