"(In response to the owner) Negative reviews about your company should not have rude responses instead of apologies. My name is not Rosie so you obviously have the wrong customer. The driver was not kept waiting as I was standing exactly where I asked my taxi to collect me and he did not ring my phone to let me know he had arrived. He parked on the opposite side out of my view. He lacks in basic customer service skills and should be able to communicate with the public. I have never had these issues with any other Kirkintilloch based taxi company. “the customer is always right” is the motto you should adopt when running a business. Original Post: I used this taxi company for the first time and wont be using it again. I wasn’t aware that the taxi had arrived because the driver “Allan” parked up on the other side of the road from where I was and I didn’t see the vehicle. My phone wasn’t ringing either. I knocked the window and asked if it was for me and it was. The driver was very rude and appeared angry that I hadn’t noticed he was there. I apologised and he didn’t speak a word to me for the whole journey. I always tip drivers but needless to say I certainly didn’t tip this one! Don’t think he should be working with the public!"

"I tried to book a Taxi and told they won't come out for a pick up! I thought the whole point of a taxi company is call them to collect you and take you to your destination. Not them they pick and choose where they want to go. Definitely wouldn't recommend them!!!"
