"Shocking service from this company twice I have used them twice waited over 40 minutes for taxi not to turn up to be told the driver had been outside but drove away complete lie. Terrible attitude from the women that answers the phone, a lot to learn about customer service."
"The taxi drivers are great, it's when u phone and ask for a taxi the woman that answers the phone is a cheeky cheeky person, I actually don't know why she still works there, her attitude stinks the way she speaks to people. I think she forgets we pay her wages."
"the worst taxi service i have ever come across. made me wait for one hour they had the nerve to tell me a taxi had arrived 45 minutes of waiting but noone came out. without notifying me with a call, message or a honk. the operator had the rudest tone of voice and just using sarcasm when not neccersary. i would suggest noone to use this servicd just time wasters"
"We had this terrible, grumpy almost rude driver, and when my mum left her glasses in the car by mistake they were willing to let a 63 year old go without her glasses or pay £10 fare at 4 o'clock in the morning! Awful company and very un-Scottish behaviour. We definitely will not be using this service again."
