"This used to be a great taxi company, but since the pandemic, they have gone downhill. They hiked the prices uplike Glasgow Cabs did and now you more or less have to wait ages for a taxi because they don't have enough drivers. Happily take your money, but the service is garbage. As a family we put a lot of money into their coffers. Sad to say that after waiting OVER an hour this evening to get a taxi home from Kingsgate I think we'll be looking at other companies from now on. The 3 owners need to sort this out. On a major plus side though, all the drivers do a cracking job, but under difficult circumstances"
