"Called to book a hire in advance and told no availability- which is fair enough. Booked with another company and was let down. Called back CD on off chance they had a car as I had been let down - they told me I should have called them then hung up on me!!! Didn’t listen to me saying I did try them first as I use them almost every other day! Will not be using them ever again. Shame their drivers are losing our because of a grumpy and ruse controller!"
