"What a wonderful place. TAD 2023 diabetes conference in March was held here & the venue, staff, food & time spent here were all superb. Thank you to everyone involved."
"Worst "Museum" in entire London! The staff at the reception actually sighed in my face. The only one friendly here was a cleaning lady I encountered downstairs. Also aggressive and non communicative attitude from a security guard, but I was wearing my yellow visitor tag very visibly so no need to give looks wondering what the cat dragged in. Clearly they don't want any visitors from the public. The "Museum" is a local held exhibition "A taste of one's own Medicine" with not much else to show making me wonder how on earth they are allowed to pass as Museum in first place. Perhaps the Florence Nightingale Museum has a much more friendly staff if you're interested in the history of British Medicine. This review is from someone who has visited the Josephinum in Vienna."
"It's a very pleasant place, beautiful interiors. Tucked in nicely between Regents Park and Great Portland Street. Great event space."
"Visited Royal College of Physicians for the first time for a graduation ceremony. Very nice listed venue, with friendly staff every step of the way. Some teething issues as they open to in-person events gradually, but everything was conducted in a very covid-secure manner. Would love to come back next year when the Museum opens to explore it in greater detail."
"I went to the Careless motion: William Harvey’s experiment exhibition; and although I wasn’t fully mesmerised by it; I was very impressed by the building; it is a Grade I listed building and considered as a ‘building of national importance’; inside it is equally impressive, I particularly loved the Dorchester Library on the first floor and the central ‘floating’ staircase."
