"Our precious fur baby Marlo recently took unwell very suddenly. 4 emergency trips to the PDSA in 5 days. In those visits we felt unheard and we left with as sick a dog as we arrived with. On our 4th emergency visit we got seen by the amazing vet Hayley who eventually gave our precious girl her terminal diagnosis & supported us in making the decision of putting our beautiful girl too sleep right away. Hayley was nothing short of amazing with Marlo & Us. She restored our faith a bit in the PDSA. If only the other vets listened to us & spotted what Hayley did. Marlo wouldn't have been made to suffer a moment longer nor take multiple seizures & then a massive stroke."
