I emailed asking for confirmation of the order and a refund if the parts were not in stock and received no reply. It took numerous phone calls to get a reply telling me two run of the mill filters were out of stock. I am now waiting for a refund. If the refund does not arrive I will approach Visa to pursue the money. Be warned, SHOP ELSEWHERE."
