"Dropped in with a battery still under warranty. But purchased by previous owner of the vehicle. The older gent on the desk was very helpful! The battery had all the labels on but upon speaking to the duty manager he refused to exchange and to add insult to injury wanted to charge me more than what they had advertised online a real joke bad customer attitude. If I had ordered online then it would be cheaper and free postage! So the company would loose even more money. Suffice to say he lost my custom had he sold me the battery for the online price the review would be very different."
