"I purchased our car a couple of years ago at Car Deal Warehouse, a great experience with a car that has never skipped a beat and we’ve have now had the car serviced at this garage 4 times. Sadly, after our service last week, We’ve lost a wee bit of trust with them. I was called to be informed that all my tyres needed changing urgently as the centre of the treads were at 2mm, the wear indicators were smooth across the tyres and the rear tyres were cracking. The video and health check sheet from the technician confirmed this fact. I trusted this information and went ahead and ordered a full set of tyres. I took the car to my local tyre centre I’ve used for years and was duly informed the front tyres had 3.5mm in the centre tread and that front replacement was premature. Disappointed that the measurements were incorrect and it costs me money."
