"Avoid at all costs! Worst florists in Liverpool such a shame as they used to be one the best aswell. Ordered roses for AM delivery paying the extra £11, Flowers did not turn up until past 2PM making me late for work and when they arrived they were hideous they looked like they had been strapped to the top of a plane to get here. So rang up to complain and was very rudely insulted by a male number of staff. Saying to me if you can get a better service today I will personally give you £10 myself I was highly offended so rude. Anyway I got a new bunch sent out the same day after having to wait in until past 5PM for them when we had plans. When the delivery girl arrived even she was shocked by the poorly displayed flowers saying I wouldn't be happy with them myself. After 3 days the new flowers we had received unfortunately passed away this morning. Won’t be using you guys ever again after being a loyal customer with you guys for my whole life!"

"I had found a picture of an arrangement of flowers that I would like as a centrepiece for my daughters engagement meal. I contacted Fishlocks, sent them a photo and asked for it to be replicated. All I can say is that it was absolutely stunning. It was the talking point of the restaurant. The overall service was first class.
